Returns Policy
Faulty goods
Any verified faulty goods will be exchanged or fully refunded. In both cases we will pay the return postage costs
If you discover a fault with any of our products please contact us straight away to discuss the options.
Non faulty goods
If you change your mind about any of our bra's or nightwear then they
can be exchanged to the same value (excluding any postage costs) if
returned unworn, in perfect condition with the labels/tags still on,
within 7 days of purchase.
For Hygiene reasons which we hope you can understand, brief's of any kind cannot be returned.
All postage costs are payable by the customer.
General
We recommend that in both cases you obtain a receipt from the Post office as proof of postage.
Any items returns must be clearly labelled 'bought online' with a copy of the reciept or invoice.
