Interested in the idea of quality improvement but not sure where to start? If so, this half day workshop may be of interest to you.

During this practical and interactive workshop we will cover some of the key elements of quality improvement.  The aim is that you leave the workshop with the knowledge and confidence to start making successful improvements straight away.

Quality Improvement Workshop – Practitioner Level

Do you have some knowledge of quality improvement but would like to learn more? If so, this one day workshop may be of interest to you.

During this practical and interactive workshop you will learn about numerous quality improvement tools and techniques.

The aim is that you end the day with an increased knowledge of quality improvement and have the confidence and ability to start using the tools and techniques straight away within your own working environment.

Please note: If you already have some knowledge of quality improvement, you don’t have to attend the Foundation Level Workshop before attending the Practitioner Level Workshop.
