We'll ensure our professionally designed marketing literature and advertisements are seen by the right people you want to attend your event
Delegates
Your delegates will receive the Royal service from us. We'll register and process all attendees, administer payments, respond to all enquiries and questions and provide regular updates on who's coming to your event
Design
We can provide professional, personalised literature such as badges, certificates, forms, directional signs and delegate packs
Budgets
We will budget your event and manage all income and outgoing expenses
Guest speakers
We will look after your speakers including their travel requirements, accommodation and audio-visual support

We have links with hundreds of event exhibitors and sponsors in order to raise income
Catering and entertainment
We'll cook up a tasty lunch for your delegates leaving them ready to tackle their afternoon at your conference. Hosting an awards dinner or evening networking session? We can manage that too including booking quality entertainment or an after dinner speaker
Accommodation
Delegates requiring overnight accommodation will be provided with details of nearby hotels at reduced rates
Transport
Coordination of conference transport for individuals or groups
